Registration Nights and Updated Schedule

Come on everyone...it's time to get excited! Registration will be open on the following days and times:

Thursday, August 25th 2:30 - 7:00 pm
Saturday, August 27th 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Registration takes place at the studio, located at 118 E Country Lane (off of Spring Hollow Rd in Francis). If you

Please note a small change in the schedule. Pointe has been moved to Thursday evenings from 7:00-7:30 instead of Wednesdays. Thanks!

Welcome to Body Motion Dance Company. We are the premiere dance studio in the Kamas Valley, and offer classes for boys and girls ages 3-18 in Jazz, Ballet, Acro (Tumbling), Ballroom, Hip Hop, and Tap.

On this website you will find the studio registration information, schedule, class attire expectations, and useful links and practice assistance. Please make this blog a favorite website of yours so that you are always aware of information distributed in class, etc.

Billie Jo Butikofer

Billie Jo is the owner, founder and director of Body Motion. She directs the jazz program at the studio as well as heading up the competitive teams. She was a four year member of the SSHS Drill Team and went on to become a member and captain of the collegiate dance team at SUU where she minored in dance. Upon graduation from college with a degree in Physical Education, Billie Jo was the head coach for over 10 years of the SSHS Drill Team, earning the esteemed “Coach of the Year” award in 2004. In 2008 and 2010 at the America Onstage Nationals, Billie Jo was named as one of the Top 10 Directors of the Year. Billie Jo is a loving wife and a mother of four daughters and enjoys life in the Kamas Valley.

Giselle Rasheta

Giselle heads up the ballet and ballroom programs, as well as teaching jazz, acro, and assisting with the competitive teams. Giselle was a student at BMDC, danced for 4 years on the SSHS Drill Team, 1 year on the Utah Valley Dance Team, 3 years on the UVU Ballroom Dance Company Tour team (2 years as Captain), and professionally for the Wasatch Fever dance team and the VIBE. She graduated from UVU with a degree in Ballroom Dance, and has been teaching with BMDC since 2004. Giselle has a wonderful husband, Noah, and a beautiful baby boy and loves living in the beautiful Kamas Valley.
